By commissioning me / owning a design of mine / artwork by me, you automatically agree to my terms of service
General
-Do not copy, trace, or steal my artwork or designs in any way.
(Colour picking is alright, provided the designs are different)-Do not resell my adopts for more than you got them for, until additional worth is added! If they were free, they could only be given away.-Do not immediately relist a character. Wait at least 1 week (7 days).-On that note, as long as significant work is added, ($30+ worth) you can flip the character for profit.-Please do not ghost me. This is incredibly rude, and frustrating. If done more than once, I will block you without warning.-I reserve the right to back out of, decline, change (with discussion),change my mind on, accept other offers, etc, of any trade or buy offer, or commission, as I see fit, at any time up until point of sale, and I have received payment. This includes during holds, trades, payment plans, art offers, commissions, etc.-I include my art in my characters worth. If you do not agree with this, dni. I do not include my artwork for free
art/Adopts
-Do not interact with me/buy my adopts/designs if you are/support lgbtqphobia, zoophiles, racism, xenophobia, etc.-Please do not rank my art or designs as lq/mq/hq, at best I get art block from this. I will most likely block you.-Do whatever edits you like. Once you own the design, you own it. This includes promotional/commercial rights. Do not redesign the adopt to the point it is unrecognizable as my work.
This applies as long as I am credited, where credit is due.-I will not trade over a design until I have received your end first, whether this be art, money, trades, etc. This is for my own safety and wellbeing.-Please do not remove my designs from toyhouse! Please do not sell/give/trade my designs to those without a toyhouse. I like being able to see my deisgns being loved!!

-Closed species-Anything hateful or hurtful! (Z00s, p3d0, lgbtqphobia, racism, etc)-NSFW (not that i wont. I cant)
